Circles - A daily practice
What is the practice?
Once a day, on a 6 x 6-inch card, make a circle.
That’s it.
Use any medium you want (paint, pen, crayon, pencil, collage, fabric, whatever) so long as it fits on the card.
Date and initial the back of each card.
Do not discard attempts that you don’t like. Keep the uglies, struggles and mistakes!
Put your art supplies and the blank circles somewhere convenient.
Choose a time to do them when you’re already in that area doing something you regularly do.
Your commitment is to show up, be curious, pay attention, and receive the moment.
